Graysexual, also known as grey asexual, includes people who may:

• experience a low level of attraction,
• rarely experience attraction,
• experience attraction only in certain conditions,
• and/or are unsure whether or not they experience attraction.

Some people regard greysexuality as a midpoint on the asexual spectrum and stems from the idea that sexuality is not binary and there is a “grey area” many people fall into. Demisexual is a term used to describe those who do not experience sexual attraction to others unless they form a strong emotional bond with someone first. Demisexual people may still experience romantic attraction, but until a deep connection is formed, there is no sexual attraction involved.

They may have little to no interest in sex and may only experience sexual attraction rarely, but that is not the case with all demisexuals.

Demisexuality is included on the asexual spectrum, but demisexual people can be gay, straight, bisexual, or any other orientation in addition to being demisexual. I fall somewhere between the two of these.* More towards the first the older I get. My ability to bond is becoming less likely, it seems. Attraction levels are not high either. Not having aesthetics to draw from makes this dance prickly. And sex is not much fun either.

But the way we come together (see what I did there?) in reality is being affected because men have forgotten how to give heads or write love letters. They get their rocks off via the internet and get angry at rl women because we do not like them the way they think we should. Yeah… this covid fever is no joke 😂   *You are attracted to those of the same sex as yourself, but not quite in the way an allosexual does. The further downward you are located, the less you experience sexual attraction and could be even repulsed by the idea. A purely romantic relationship is far more appealing than a sexual one.
