Do Not Read This Offline

This post wasn’t written by me. At least, not all of it.
I had drafts of the other stories saved on my computer, but when I came back to edit them, the files were different. Words added, phrases changed — and all of them kept saying the same thing in between the lines:
“Keep reading.”
I thought maybe my computer got infected, so I disconnected it from Wi-Fi. That’s when things got worse.
Even offline, the files kept changing. I’d watch the cursor move on its own, typing the same sentence over and over:
“You’re helping it stay alive.”
Now every time I think about deleting them, my phone buzzes — no notification, just a blank vibration, like it’s warning me.
I’m going to post this and let it go. If you’re reading this, don’t save it. Don’t screenshot it. Don’t think about it too long.
Because once you’ve noticed it, it notices you.
And if your device starts making noise after this, even when it’s off…
Don’t answer.
It’s not a glitch.
It’s listening.
