THE CODEX OF ALTERNATE SELVES

Working With Future, Past & Parallel You’s as Allies, Guides & Co-Creators

(Or: Everyone thinks β€œmanifestation is lonely” until they realise they are an entire council.)

CHAPTER 1 β€” YOU ARE NOT A SINGLE SELF. YOU ARE A MULTIVERSE.

Neville said: β€œThere are infinite states.”

Quantum mechanics says: β€œAll timelines exist simultaneously.”

ADHD says: β€œI have 19 lanes of traffic zooming by during rush hour in a dystopian metropolis with no traffic signals and oh wow the lights are so loud.”

All true.

You are:
β€’ past selves
β€’ present selves
β€’ future selves
β€’ alternate timeline selves
β€’ parallel β€œwhat-if” selves
β€’ dormant versions
β€’ amplified versions
β€’ healed versions
β€’ villain era versions
β€’ main character versions

You are not ONE identity. You are a constellation. The Codex teaches you to collaborate with your other selves instead of fighting them.

CHAPTER 2 β€” PAST YOU: The Archivist (The Keeper of Stories)

Who They Are:

Every past version of you keeps:
β€’ memories
β€’ emotions
β€’ beliefs
β€’ triggers
β€’ skills
β€’ survival strategies
β€’ unprocessed moments

They are NOT β€œwounds” to fix. They are NPCs who need context.

Role in Manifestation:

Past You informs:
β€’ your assumptions
β€’ your triggers
β€’ your identity blueprint
β€’ your limits

They are the reasons you:
β€’ fear
β€’ hesitate
β€’ self-sabotage

Not because they are broken, dear-hearts – because they were protecting you.

How to Work With Past You:

Use the β€œRetrospective Rewrite Spell”:

β€œThat was another timeline. You survived. You do not run across those 19 lanes of traffic this version of me any more.”

This does not erase them. It reassigns them to a quieter job: The Librarian of What Used to Be. Not the Director of What Happens Next.

Past You’s Weakness:

Context.

When you say: β€œThank you for keeping me safe when I did not know better,” they instantly calm.

Past You’s Gift:

Wisdom.
Discernment.
Pattern-recognition.
Instinct.
A backbone made of experience.

Treat Past You with respect β€” or they will trip you for attention.

CHAPTER 3 β€” FUTURE YOU: The Protagonist (The Timeline Leader)

Who They Are:

The version of you who:
β€’ already succeeded
β€’ already healed
β€’ already found love
β€’ already got the money
β€’ already has the health
β€’ already lived the desire

They are your highest self, but accessible in ordinary language, not spiritual jargon.

Role in Manifestation:

Future You is:
β€’ the blueprint
β€’ the embodiment
β€’ the identity you are stepping into
β€’ the one sending impulses, ideas, intuition

They do not give instructions. They pull you forward.

How to Work With Future You:

Ask:
β€’ β€œWhat would you do today?”
β€’ β€œHow would you respond to this?”
β€’ β€œWhat would you stop tolerating?”
β€’ β€œHow do you walk into rooms?”

Future You ALWAYS has an answer. You will feel it in your body.

Future You’s Weakness:

Self-doubt.
When you question the timeline, Future You cannot lead.

Future You’s Gift:

Clarity.
Momentum.
Confidence that feels suspiciously like magic.

A total lack of interest in your old stories.

CHAPTER 4 β€” PARALLEL YOU: The Many Paths (The Council of β€œWhat Ifs”)

Who They Are:

Every version of you who:
β€’ made a different choice
β€’ took a different job
β€’ avoided that relationship
β€’ moved cities
β€’ did not get hurt by that person
β€’ said β€œno”
β€’ said β€œyes”
β€’ followed a dream
β€’ became unrecognisable
β€’ lived your β€œif only” life

They exist NOW, not in hypotheticals.

Role in Manifestation:

Parallel You holds:
β€’ skills you have not unlocked
β€’ courage you have not embodied
β€’ confidence you have not claimed
β€’ timelines you have not chosen

They are living proof that your reality is flexible.

How to Work With Parallel You:

Pick one.
Ask:
β€œWhat do you know that I do not?”
β€œHow did you make that decision?”
β€œWhat assumptions do you live by?”

Parallel You answers instantly because the neural pathway is already mapped. You just jump tracks.

Parallel You’s Weakness:

Over-identification with the past.
(hard to connect if you cling to old states)

Parallel You’s Gift:

Identity jumps.
Radical timelines.
Quantum-level shifts.

They are the easiest selves to become.

CHAPTER 5 β€” THE COUNCIL OF SELVES (The Throne Room)

Your subconscious is a castle. Inside is a throne room.

Around the table sit:
β€’ The Child
β€’ The Teen
β€’ The Survivor
β€’ The Villain
β€’ The Lover
β€’ The Healer
β€’ The Queen/King
β€’ The Magician
β€’ The Oracle
β€’ The Future Self
β€’ The Parallel Self
β€’ The Shadow Self
β€’ The Sensual Self
β€’ The Unbothered Self
β€’ The Limitless Self

Each holds a piece of you.

When they fight = anxiety
When they scream = trauma
When they sabotage = unintegrated survival patterns

When they cooperate? You become unstoppable.

CHAPTER 6 β€” HOW TO USE THE CODEX IN MANIFESTATION

The Codex:

Past You = The Historian

Knows the mistakes.
Knows the clues.
Knows the enemy patterns.

Future You = The Protagonist

Holds the map.
Knows the destination.
Makes the timeline make sense.

Parallel You = The Rogue

Knows the shortcuts.
Hacks the identity.
Dodges the mistakes.

Present You = The Cleric

Makes the moves. Heals along the way.

Together? They break probability.

CHAPTER 7 β€” HOW TO DO A MULTI-SELF ALIGNMENT

This is how to get EVERY version of you on the same page:
1. Past You: β€œThank you for surviving. You did well.”
2. Present You: β€œI do not need to repeat what you suffered.”
3. Future You: β€œLead the way.”
4. Parallel You: β€œShow me the fastest path.”

This is a spell. A real one.

CHAPTER 8 β€” THE SECRET TRUTH: YOU ARE THE MERGED VERSION

All these selves exist for one purpose: To fuse into a single identity who knows:
β€’ where you came from
β€’ who you are
β€’ and where you are going

You are not healing. You are integrating.

You are not manifesting. You are choosing the version of you who already has it and becoming them piece by piece.

This is the Codex.

A manual for multi-dimensional selfhood. A reminder that you are never alone.

A map for timeline-hopping.
And a permission slip to be all your selves at once without contradiction.
