This week’s focus: let it be enough.Β 

You keep everything from Week One. No changes to structure. All we are adding is this:

Instead of asking: β€œIsn’t it wonderful?” you start noticing: β€œIt already is.”

Not as a mantra. Not repeated. Just… recognition.

Example:

β€’ Nice moment β†’ β€œaww, isn’t it wonderful” β†’ pause β†’ β€œyeah… it already is”

β€’ Heavy moment β†’ β€œisn’t it wonderful” β†’ feel the softening β†’ β€œsomething here is still okay”

β€’ Warmth at night β†’ do not chase it β†’ just: β€œthis is allowed”

Your only β€œnew” practice: Let the state linger 2 seconds longer than you normally would.

That is it.

Not minutes. Not effort. Let it linger a bit. And one tiny addition for your evenings: When you do your reflection, instead of only revising moments… add this question: β€œWhere did it already feel right today?”

Even small things.
Especially small things.
Train your attention there.

Not: β€œCan I create the state?”

But: β€œCan I trust it when it shows up?”

Because right now, it is knocking gently. We are just… opening the door a bit wider.
