how we experience and what we see in life is all filtered through the mind
maybe you have had it sometimes it is you were in a certain situation with (said) person, and you saw how
nice the experience was, and then you were maybe on a holiday, and it was all very beautiful and maybe
the other person was a little bit depressed and just remembered how not nice it was and this happened
and that happened
you went through the same place and more or less & had the same physical experience, but you experience
it on a mind level very differently
research has been done on how your mood alters your perception of the world
for instance, showing images of completely neutral faces of people who are feeling blue, etc
or those who are feeling uplifted will see a positive expression
so we are looking at a hill to climb
if you are feeling uplifted, you will estimate that the mountain is not that steep
if you would show a slide show of 100 images, 50 of them of happy things happening like wedding parties, kittens, and laughing babies and 50 cruddy photos like buildings being bombed, car accidents or people in court to those that are negative in the first place, they will see the awful images in a darker lens than the cheerful people
how you perceive your reality greatly depends on your state of mind
research has also shown that people who were feeling down very much have their attention turned inward to
their thoughts and emotions and will miss the connection to the surrounding life, which can result in feeling more and more disconnected
clean out the filters with how you perceive your reality, and stop blaming others for how you feel or the situations that you are
take responsibility and create a beautiful life for yourself (and others!).
