Reality is not singular. All versions already exist. You are not creating; you are tuning.

Neville Goddard called this β€œcreation is finished.” Others gave it different names. The principle remains: you are selecting experiences from an infinite library, not manufacturing them from scratch.

1. UNDERSTAND YOUR MATERIALS

You are not working with β€œreality.”

You are working with thoughts and feelings.

Both your unwanted and desired conditions are ideasβ€”mental garments stored in the same wardrobe.

Do not attempt to β€œfix” the unwanted.

Do not label it β€œtruth.”

It holds no more power than your attention gives it.

2. OBSERVE THE COMMON MALFUNCTION

Users often believe negative thoughts must be killed.

This approach fails.

Resistance maintains the circuit.

What you fight, you feed.

Do not attempt to overcome, push away, or defeat a state.

Doing so confirms its presence and extends its run time.

3. RECOGNISE THE FUNCTION OF STATES

All states exist in you simultaneously.

They are like clothes in a closetβ€”each one representing a version of self.

Some fit poorly, some feel exquisite.

None are destroyed by being ignored; they simply remain unworn.

4. SELECT YOUR DESIRED STATE

Procedure:

1. Identify the feeling or self-concept you wish to wear.

2. Mentally β€œput it on.” Imagine behaving, speaking, and thinking as though it were already natural.

3. Maintain this until it feels ordinary.

4. When attention drifts to an unwanted state, respond:

β€’ β€œNo, thank you.”

β€’ β€œThat one does not fit.”

β€’ β€œI will wear this instead.”

No fire required. Do not burn the wardrobe. Selection is sufficient.

5. SAFETY NOTICE

Awareness of an unwanted state is not dangerous.

Observation β‰  activation.

You can notice a thought without energising it.

Think of it as browsing a catalogβ€”only purchases (sustained focus) are charged to your account.

6. MAINTENANCE AND CARE

To keep the system stable:

β€’ Do not panic when a negative emotion appears.

β€’ Remember: it is one of infinite options.

β€’ Shift focus to the state you prefer.

β€’ Continue daily use.

7. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem: β€œI keep thinking about lack.”

Solution: Acknowledge. Redirect. No scolding.

Problem: β€œI cannot stop noticing the negative.”

Solution: Awareness is not wearing. You are browsing racks, not dressing.

Problem: β€œIt feels fake.”

Solution: Continue wearing it until it breaks in. All states are costumes at first.

8. FINAL NOTE

Nothing to resist. Nothing to fix.

Every possibility already exists.

Your only task: decide what to bring to life.

Next time you find yourself staring at a shabby old identity, tugging at its seams and cryingβ€”pause.

Ask, β€œWho is making me wear this?”

And then hang it back up.
