Not as a mantra. Not repeated. Just⦠recognition.
Example:

β’ Warmth at night β do not chase it β just: βthis is allowedβ
Your only βnewβ practice: Let the state linger 2 seconds longer than you normally would.
That is it.
Not minutes. Not effort. Let it linger a bit. And one tiny addition for your evenings: When you do your reflection, instead of only revising momentsβ¦ add this question: βWhere did it already feel right today?β
Even small things.
Especially small things.
Train your attention there.
Not: βCan I create the state?β
But: βCan I trust it when it shows up?β
