This week’s focus: β€œLet it move through me”

Up until now you have been:

β€’ noticing

β€’ softening

β€’ receiving

Now we gently add: allowing flow without interference

What this means (practically, not philosophically): You keep everything from Weeks 1 & 2.

But now you watch for one specific thing: Where do I subtly try to control or tighten?

Not big obvious control.

Tiny ones:

β€’ β€œI should respond this way”

β€’ β€œI need to make this work out”

β€’ β€œwhat if this goes wrong?”

Your only β€œpractice” this week: When you notice that micro-tightening β†’ pause… and internally go: β€œThis can move without me gripping it.”

or simply: β€œstill wonderful.”

Then… do nothing extra.
Let the moment unfold.

Week 1 = introduce state

Week 2 = trust state

Week 3 = stop interfering with state

You are testing something very specific now.

Not: β€œCan I feel good?”

But: β€œCan I let things happen without trying to manage the outcome?”

Watch for these signs (they are your markers):

β€’ conversations feel easier / less rehearsed

β€’ solutions show up after you stop pushing

β€’ timing feels… slightly suspicious in a good way

β€’ you respond instead of preloading reactions

Basically: life starts to feel like it is meeting you halfway.

One small addition for evenings. Keep your reflection, but add: β€œWhere did I let something resolve without me?”

Important (this is your only β€œdo not” this week):

Do not turn this into passivity.

You are not: β€œdoing nothing”
You are: acting without tension

Big difference.

Week three says: β€œI do not have to push this.” …and when it clicks: β€œisn’t it wonderful”
