This weekβs focus: βLet it move through meβ
Up until now you have been:
β’ noticing
β’ softening
β’ receiving
Now we gently add: allowing flow without interference
What this means (practically, not philosophically): You keep everything from Weeks 1 & 2.
But now you watch for one specific thing: Where do I subtly try to control or tighten?
Not big obvious control.
Tiny ones:
β’ βI should respond this wayβ
β’ βI need to make this work outβ
β’ βwhat if this goes wrong?β
Your only βpracticeβ this week: When you notice that micro-tightening β pauseβ¦ and internally go: βThis can move without me gripping it.β
or simply: βstill wonderful.β
Then⦠do nothing extra.
Let the moment unfold.
Week 1 = introduce state
Week 2 = trust state
Week 3 = stop interfering with state
You are testing something very specific now.
Not: βCan I feel good?β
But: βCan I let things happen without trying to manage the outcome?β
Watch for these signs (they are your markers):
β’ conversations feel easier / less rehearsed
β’ solutions show up after you stop pushing
⒠timing feels⦠slightly suspicious in a good way
β’ you respond instead of preloading reactions
Basically: life starts to feel like it is meeting you halfway.
One small addition for evenings. Keep your reflection, but add: βWhere did I let something resolve without me?β
Important (this is your only βdo notβ this week):
Do not turn this into passivity.
You are not: βdoing nothingβ
You are: acting without tension
Big difference.
Week three says: βI do not have to push this.β β¦and when it clicks: βisnβt it wonderfulβ
